2. You must be 18 or over to use & purchase anything from this site. Over 18 Products will require ID to be shown upon delivery or collection of the product.

Customer orders

1. Any purchases made on this website will require the user to give their full name, address and contact info such as a telephone number/email.

Collection

1. All items ordered for collection can be collected from our main store located at 150 Stoney Rock Lane, LS9 7BL.

Delivery

1. We only deliver within Leeds to LS postcodes.
2. There will be a delivery charge on all orders placed for delivery and the price will vary depending on how far the location is from our branch.
3. Customers must be present at the time of delivery to inspect the goods and ensure they have got what they paid for and the condition of the product to avoid any hassle.
4. All deliveries will take at least 2-3 working days to be delivered. If by any chance we do not have the product in stock this could take slightly longer due to having to get it in however the customer will be made aware of this. In some cases, we may be able to deliver sooner and will make the customer aware of this.

Returns

1. Returns must first be seen and inspected by staff at Manku Bros before we offer a refund.
2. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and receipt must be shown in person to the staff at Manku Bros otherwise we will not accept the return nor offer a refund.
3. All returns will include a restocking charge of 25%
4. We do not accept returns on any powder products.
5. We will not accept returns on any products which show visible wear and tear or damage. All items must be returned in the same condition they were given or we will not offer a refund.

Price

1. All prices will be shown including Value Added Tax.
2. There will be no negotiations on price whatever is shown is what is to be paid.
3. Due to constant price changes within the industry our prices will be up and down on a lot of products.
