Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations can be made by contacting the store or sending an email with your details and the items you want to cancel.
- Unlike returns, cancellations can only be made at any point before the item has been dispatched therefore if you have already received the product and no longer want it you will then just have to return it. Check returns policy to see how returns work and what charges are included.
- There may be a cancellation fee depending on the product and this will be disclosed with the customer upon cancellation request.
- Once a cancellation has been made it will take 1-2 days for the refund to reach your bank account.
