Manku Bros is available to both trade and public therefore anyone can purchase goods from us. You must be 18+ to purchase products off the website.

No, you do not as we have a store located around the outskirts of Leeds City Centre. Our location is 150 Stoney Rock Lane, Leeds, LS9 7BL.

Orders can be collected from store the next day or if you are wanting delivery to expect wait times of around 2-5 days from the date of order and you will receive your goods. This also depends on what it is you have ordered and the size and stock level of the product.

We do accept returns on certain items however there may be a restocking charge and collection charge if you cannot bring the item back yourself. Please check the returns policy on our website for more info.

We only physically deliver in the Leeds area with exceptions to surrounding towns and areas at a slightly higher delivery charge. However any orders for DIY products etc can be send via post to anywhere within the UK.

This will very rarely happen and could be a mistake at our end or that we have ran out of stock. If this is the case we will handle this and get the item sent to you as soon as possible.

If you item is damaged, we will require proof. If the damage is substantial and we can visibly see the issue, we will either offer you a refund or an exchange for a new one.
